This Privacy Policy explains how Ethereal Transcendence ("we," "us") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit or buy from shopettra.com (the "Store"). We serve customers in the United States and Canada.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: name, email, shipping and billing details, phone number (if provided), order details, and messages you send us.
- Payment information: processed by our payment providers (such as Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay). We do not see or store your full card number.
- Device and usage information: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and similar data collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it
- To process, fulfill, and ship your orders, and to handle claims and refunds.
- To communicate with you about your order and respond to questions.
- To send marketing emails if you've opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To keep the Store secure, prevent fraud, and improve our products and website.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the Store:
- Shopify, which hosts our Store and processes orders. See Shopify's privacy policy at https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy.
- Printify and its print providers, which receive your name, shipping address, and order details to produce and ship your items. Shipping carriers receive what's needed for delivery.
- Payment processors, to complete your payment securely.
- Apps that help run the Store, such as product option, search, messaging, and workflow tools, which may process data on our behalf. In the future we may also use a book fulfillment partner for printed books.
- Legal and safety: when required by law or to protect our rights, customers, or others.
Cookies and analytics
We and Shopify use cookies to keep your cart working, remember preferences, and understand how the Store is used (for example, Shopify analytics). You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where shown, our cookie banner. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Store works.
Data retention and security
We keep order information as long as needed for our records, taxes, and legal obligations, and other information only as long as it's useful for the purposes above. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your rights
California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it's used, to request access, correction, or deletion, to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell it), and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
Canadian residents (PIPEDA): we collect, use, and disclose personal information with your consent and for reasonable purposes. You may request access to and correction of your personal information, and withdraw consent (subject to legal or contractual limits). Your information may be stored and processed outside Canada, including in the United States, by our service providers.
Residents of other U.S. states may have similar rights under local law. To make any request, email shopetherealt@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
Children
The Store is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.
