Welcome to Ethereal Transcendence. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of shopettra.com (the "Store") and any purchase you make. By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Shipping Policy, Refund & Returns Policy, and Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. We currently sell and ship to customers in the United States and Canada only.
2. Products
Our apparel, accessories, and stickers feature original artwork and are printed on demand by third-party print providers. We try to show colors and details accurately, but screens vary and slight differences in color, print placement, and sizing are normal for made-to-order products. Products may be updated or discontinued at any time.
3. Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in the Store's currency and may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. If we cancel an order after you've paid, we'll refund you in full. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.
4. Shipping, returns, and refunds
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Because items are made to order, we only offer replacements or refunds for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, as described in our Refund & Returns Policy.
5. Intellectual property
All artwork, designs, logos, text, and images on the Store are owned by Ethereal Transcendence or used with permission and are protected by copyright and other laws. Buying a product gives you the item itself, not any right to reproduce, resell, or commercially use the designs.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use the Store for anything unlawful, try to interfere with its security or operation, scrape or copy its content, or submit false information.
7. Third-party services
The Store runs on Shopify and uses third-party providers for fulfillment, payments, and other features. We're not responsible for third-party sites or services, which are governed by their own terms.
8. Disclaimers
Except as stated in our policies, the Store and products are provided "as is" and "as available," to the fullest extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ethereal Transcendence won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim related to an order won't exceed the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you, and nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Ethereal Transcendence harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Store.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the consumer protection laws of your place of residence give you rights that can't be waived.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes apply from the date shown above. Continuing to use the Store means you accept the updated Terms.
